Digital products
Our products are digital files delivered for immediate download. Once a product has been downloaded, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
When we refund you
- If the file is corrupted or cannot be opened and we can’t send you a working version.
- If you did not receive the product and we couldn’t fix it.
- If you were charged twice for the same order.
- If you cancel before downloading the files, within 10 calendar days of purchase.
How to request it
Email contacto@grimolizzi.com with your order number and the reason. We reply within 48 business hours at most. Refunds are issued to the original payment method; processing times depend on Mercado Pago, PayPal or your bank.
